タイのアーティスト、Henry Tanによるコロナウィルスを巡る不運と暇への抵抗の記録。
2020年3月、バイオアートとDIYバイオのリサーチのために来日。4月には新型コロナウィルスのために速やかにタイに帰国するように命じられるも、全てのフライトがキャンセルされ、私は戸惑いと恐怖の中、東京に40日間滞在した。5月9日に、ようやくバンコクに到着。到着してすぐ、同じ便に乗っていた200人のタイ人と一緒に、元ラブホテルである“The Palazzo”に国家検疫のため2週間隔離。仕事やオンラインミーティング、ストレスとともに、私はこの日々をなんとかやり過ごした。

March 2020 I went to Japan to do research on DIYBio and Bioarts in Japan, In April, I was ordered to return home immediately but all flight was canceled, I stay for another 40days in Tokyo in state of perplex and fear and return to Bangkok on May 9. I was put into state quarantine right after I arrived in Bangkok at the former love hotel “The Palazzo” with 200 Thais who were on the same flight. I was trying to get through days during isolation handling works, online meetings and stress.
